A Three-Way Crossover Study to Evaluate the ECG Effects of Telaglenastat in Healthy Adult Subjects
Abstract
This study is designed to evaluate the effects of telaglenastat on cardiac repolarization (relative to placebo) in healthy adult subjects.
Conditions: Cardiac Safety.
Primary outcome: To assess the effects of telaglenastat on cardiac repolarization (relative to placebo) using the therapeutic dose and schedule in healthy adult subjects.
Enrollment: 30 participants.
How strong is the evidence?
Evidence Hub reads this as a clinical trial, done in people. Its evidence level is 3 of 5 (Moderate · trial / cohort / secondary analysis). Trials without a large randomized design, cohorts and secondary analyses give moderate evidence. Reported size: 30 participants or records.
