A Phase 1, Randomized, Partially Double-Blind, Placebo- and Positive-Controlled, Parallel Study to Evaluate the Effect of Povorcitinib on the QT/QTc Interval in Healthy Participants
Abstract
The purpose of this study is to evaluate the effect of povorcitinib on the QT/QTc Interval in healthy participants.
Conditions: Healthy Participants.
Primary outcome: Change from Baseline in QT interval corrected using Fridericia's formula (QTcF); Change from Baseline in heart rate (HR); Change from Baseline in the PR Interval (PR); Change from Baseline in the QRS interval (QRS).
Enrollment: 128 participants.
How strong is the evidence?
Evidence Hub reads this as a randomized trial, done in people. Its evidence level is 2 of 5 (High · randomized trial). Randomized trials of a reasonable size are the strongest single-study design. Reported size: 128 participants or records.
