A Single-Dose, Randomized, Double-Blind, Placebo- and Positive-Controlled, 4-Way Crossover Study to Evaluate the Effect of Enpatoran on the QTc (Corrected QT) Interval in Healthy Adult Participants
Abstract
The purpose of this study is to assess potential effects of enpatoran on cardiac repolarization (i.e. prolongation of QT interval).
Conditions: Healthy.
Primary outcome: Placebo-Corrected Change from Baseline in Heart Rate-Corrected QT Interval by Fridericia's Formula (QTcF) for Enpatoran.
Enrollment: 40 participants.
How strong is the evidence?
Evidence Hub reads this as a randomized trial, done in people. Its evidence level is 2 of 5 (High · randomized trial). Randomized trials of a reasonable size are the strongest single-study design. Reported size: 40 participants or records.
