Efficacy analysis of Levofloxacin combined with Tanreqing injection in treatment of bacterial pneumonia
Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of Levofloxacin combined withTanreqing injection in treatment of bacterial pneumonia. Methods 127 cases of pneumonia by bacteriology were randomly divided into observation group(64 cases) and control group(63 cases). Two groups were treated levofloxacin. The observation group was treated with Tanreqing injection, additionally. Results The total effective of observation group and control group were 100% and 89%.The total effective rate were significantly different(P0.05).There were no obvious adverse reactions in the two groups. Conclusion It is effective to treat bacterial pneumonia with levofloxacin and tanreqing.
