Abstract
The purpose of this study is to observe the efficacy of early application of triple targeted drug therapy, including trilostane, in patients with congenital heart disease who are in the "gray zone" of preoperative evaluation, have surgical repair indications after evaluation, and have undergone defect repair.
Conditions: Congenital Heart Disease, Pulmonary Hypertension.
Primary outcome: Pulmonary vascular resistance.
Enrollment: 30 participants.
How strong is the evidence?
Evidence Hub reads this as a clinical trial, done in people. Its evidence level is 3 of 5 (Moderate · trial / cohort / secondary analysis). Trials without a large randomized design, cohorts and secondary analyses give moderate evidence. Reported size: 30 participants or records.
