HealthEdgeAI: Privacy-Preserving Edge-Computing Framework for Real-Time Patient Monitoring with Quantum-Inspired Data Security, ℌ(λ, σ)
Abstract
This paper presents HealthEdgeAI, an innovative healthcare monitoring framework that combines edge computing with quantum-inspired encryption for secure, real-time patient monitoring. The system employs a novel privacy-preserving algorithm achieving 99.7% data security while maintaining real-time processing capabilities at the edge. Our framework introduces adaptive sampling based on patient condition and implements federated learning for distributed model training. Clinical trials conducted across 5 hospitals over 6 months demonstrate significant improvements in early warning detection (92% vs 78% baseline) while reducing data transmission latency by 85%. The system’s modular architecture ensures HIPAA compliance while enabling scalable deployment across healthcare facilities.
