A Phase 1, Open-label, Dose-escalation Study Of The Safety And Pharmacokinetics Of SNX-5422 Mesylate In Subjects With Refractory Solid Tumor Malignancies Or Non-Hodgkin's Lymphoma
Abstract
Hsp90 is a chemical in the body that is involved in promotion of cancer. SNX-5422 is an experimental drug that blocks Hsp90. It is being evaluated for safety and efficacy in patients with cancer.
Conditions: Cancer.
Primary outcome: adverse events and other safety assessments.
Enrollment: 44 participants.
How strong is the evidence?
Evidence Hub reads this as a clinical trial, done in people. Its evidence level is 3 of 5 (Moderate · trial / cohort / secondary analysis). Trials without a large randomized design, cohorts and secondary analyses give moderate evidence. Reported size: 44 participants or records.
