Abstract

The purpose is to evaluate the efficacy and safety of three different doses of Dapirolizumab Pegol (DZP) versus placebo in adult subjects with moderately to severely active systemic Lupus Erythematosus.

Conditions: Systemic Lupus Erythematosus (SLE).

Primary outcome: Percentage of Participants With British Isles Lupus Assessment Group Disease Activity Index 2004 (BILAG 2004)-Based Composite Lupus Assessment (BICLA) (mNRI) Response Across 3 Doses of Dapirolizumab Pegol (DZP) and Placebo (PBO) at Week 24.

Enrollment: 182 participants.

How strong is the evidence?

Evidence Hub reads this as a randomized trial, done in people. Its evidence level is 2 of 5 (High · randomized trial). Randomized trials of a reasonable size are the strongest single-study design. Reported size: 182 participants or records.

How the five levels of evidence work. The level is assigned automatically from the abstract and can be wrong, so check the paper.
