Abstract

The purpose of this study is to assess safety, and tolerability of multiple doses of ILV-094 administered to subjects with psoriasis

Conditions: Psoriasis.

Primary outcome: Number of Participants With Treatment-Emergent Adverse Events (AEs) And Serious Adverse Events (SAEs); Number of Participants With Clinically Significant Changes in Electrocardiogram (ECG) Parameters; Number of Participants With Vital Sign Values of Potential Clinical Importance (PCI); Number of Participants With Laboratory Test Values of Potential Clinical Importance.

Enrollment: 76 participants.

How strong is the evidence?

Evidence Hub reads this as a clinical trial, done in people. Its evidence level is 3 of 5 (Moderate · trial / cohort / secondary analysis). Trials without a large randomized design, cohorts and secondary analyses give moderate evidence. Reported size: 76 participants or records.

How the five levels of evidence work. The level is assigned automatically from the abstract and can be wrong, so check the paper.
