Correction to: Scatter radiation intensities in horizontal and vertical planes about digital breast tomosynthesis system
Abstract
The authors would like to correct a minor error. In a given hypothetical example, a total thickness of 18.0 mm is given using our value of the air kerma rate with a comparison thickness of 14.4 mm using NCRP report 147's value. These calculated thicknesses are incorrect for this example and should instead be 45.6 mm and 40.3 mm, with a difference of 5.3 mm. The affected sentences should instead read:
